About

Twenty years of making business run better with technology.

I started as a media developer in 1995 building interactive learning. I've spent the years since on every part of the SaaS arc — founding member of a $50M online-learning division, fifteen years at Coolfront moving from PM to VP & GM (where I rebuilt a 95%-print publisher into a 50%-digital technology company), and the last few years using AI tools to enhance my business and product, Social Jazz. The throughline is the same: take the operational reality of a business — its tools, its workflows, the people doing the work — and make it measurably better. AI just changed the toolkit.

Experience

Founder
Social Jazz · Yacho · VericaOps · ServiceFlex
May 2020 — Present
Rochester, NY
  • Founded and scaled Social Jazz, a SaaS platform for automated social media. Drove 260k+ customer posts generating 3.3M+ views. Secured partnerships with Carrier Corporation, Big I, Farmer Mutual Hail, and others.
  • Introduced AI into Social Jazz as the platform's core value proposition: an AI agent, AI-powered content generation, and a re-runnable content + planning engine.
  • Conceived and built Yacho — an AI platform for marketers that generates marketing plans and lets users refine them through natural-language conversation with an agent. Architected the agentic system: Anthropic tool-use, a unified intent orchestrator and agent loop, MCP integration, Supabase backend with edge functions.
  • Built ServiceFlex and VericaOps end-to-end, owning product vision, UX, and architecture while rapidly prototyping and iterating with Lovable, Claude Code, and Supabase.
  • Built an automated AI testing harness (Playwright + Claude) running 400+ tests in CI, plus an evaluation suite to measure and improve agent quality, intent routing, and reliability.
